Melissa Morado
I am a master’s student in the Graduate Degree Program in Ecology, focusing on the physiological impacts of diet mammals. I graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and gained research experience in animal behavior, physiology, ecology, environmental science and engineering, and paleoecology during my time there. I enjoy mentoring the students in the lab as well as TAing for BZ214. Outside of the lab, I enjoy playing video games, building LEGOs, and spending time with my dog and cat.
Catalina Mazariegos Mejia
I am a master's student at Colorado State University. I majored in Zoology at Colorado State University. I plan in the future to be involved in conservation through research and medicine. Working in the lab has exposed me to the research field and has taught me personal and professional skills that I will continue to use in my future career. My favorite animals are felines, and I enjoy wildlife photography, listening to music, and traveling.
